Shipping Policy

We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. We ask for up to 5-10 Business Days (Monday-Friday), pending availability and credit verification, for these to be shipped. Please note, this may take longer during promotional sale periods and we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

While we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, circumstances beyond our control such as delays from our shipping carriers, may affect delivery dates.

  • Our shipping carriers cannot ship to PO boxes.

  • Most US orders ship via UPS. From time to time your order may ship via USPS. All ship with tracking.

DiggTheKicks is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, we will contact our shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an EXCHANGE ONLY. Please see below for more information on our Exchange policy. 

Exchange Policy

All exchanges must be postmarked within Ten (10) days of the purchase date. All Exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 


Exchange Process

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your exchange. 


After receiving your exchange and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow Ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.
